I Am a Very Delinquent Blog Poster and I've Angered My Publisher

Okay, so they aren't actually furious, but man have I been slacking in the blog writing area of my author life lately. Makes me feel like a bad egg. However, this situation is easily remedied, is it not (yes, I've been watching a lot of regency movie and shows lately)? I am a writer, after all, and we are filled to the brim with words so all I have to do is let them out. So, mush, words, mush! Hmm...mushy words. Perhaps not. Are you still here? Anyway...

If I'm the middle egg and Spellbound is the right egg, who is the egg laughing in the background? And what do they want?!

A couple of very, very fun things have happened since you last stumbled upon this modest website. Don't worry, I will list them all now.

1. I am now listed in the Library of Congress! How cool is that? Outwardly, it's every writer's dream to get into all the big bookstores but secretly we all really dream of being shelved and logged by our local libraries. They were the kindest places to us budding scriveners as we grew into the authors we are today, and having our hardbacks covered in that special kind of crinkly plastic is the most remarkable honor.

2. I am on Amazon! How also cool is that? Remember those "big bookstores" I mentioned in literally the last paragraph? Well, this is a second amazing thing hot on the heels of the Library of Congress. It also happens to be where you can...

3. ...preorder my eBook! Or is it ebook? I never know. I think it started out as "eBook" and then, much like email, devolved into an all lowercase situation. Good for ebooks. I'm really happy for them.

I think three major updates are enough for this posting, what do you think? Oh, speaking of what you think, I've been doing a lot (and I do mean a lot) of thinking over the last few weeks. In general, of course, but about this website and, more specially, my author presence. I'd like to hear from you, my audience. What do you think about making this website a little more interactive? Maybe a place to go to leave comments or earn fun badges and grab some fun writing goodies? Maybe? Maybe...
