New Website, New Blog, Same Old Me

I have had more than a few blogs over the years, starting with the most informal on Tumblr and even freelancing for money (gasp) on several varying subjects. I hated it the whole time. Negativity shouldn't be what I come out of the gate with but in this instance, I actually think it's a good thing this go-round. Why? Because every single one of these blogs from me to you will be short and sweet since I don't like writing them. Look, I'll even dump a photo in here to break up the monotony a little.

Laptop, notebook, and coffee on a wooden table
This is very clearly my desk

There. Wasn't that a great way to space things out? I do digress, but not for long! I'm starting this website and including a blog because:

  1. My publisher said so and

  2. I work in marketing and it would be silly not to have at least something resembling a blog

So, here it is: My Blog. There will be between zero and two entries per month, depending on how busy that month is. This first post is mainly just inconsequential throat-clearing introducing the fact that I have written some things down and to celebrate the fact that I am now officially a signed author. I even have a book coming out this year. See relative proof below:

Sorry for the lack of a cover, but that's why you'll come back to this blog! Or follow me on social media! To see publishing updates as I move through this summer preparing for Launch Day. Such updates of course will eventually include the reveal of the cover.

In any case, I present to you my website and my blog and a teaser of what is to come all rolled into one convenient corner of the internet. Enjoy.

Please return here for updates on events, information on pre-orders, and also just to say hi. You can also drop me a line on the contact page (up there in the top right corner) or grab my attention through one of my many social media outlets. I even set up a Facebook again just for potential outreach moments. I haven't had once since 2016 so just know, I did this for you. You're welcome.
